As a shaper and production manager for wing, downwind, and windfoil boards, I am responsible for designing and overseeing the manufacturing of these products. My role is to produce high-performance boards that are tailored to the needs of riders, ensuring that the various stages of production run smoothly.
What you like about your role
What I like about my job is interacting and sharing expertise with the teams. I also enjoy constantly searching for new manufacturing processes and ways to improve, whether it's to optimize production, make floats lighter, strengthen their durability, or speed up execution. Training teams is also an important part of my role.
An unforgettable memory at Foil And Co.
A memorable moment was the establishment of the new factory and the installation of the equipment. I remember the production of the hundredth board in the first year, and today we are approaching a thousand boards produced here at AFS Pencran... to be continued!
